5. Payment: Subscriptions are $11.99 every 28 days; one-off collections are $18.99. All payments must be received before the collection date. 6. Missed Collections: If your bin is not presented on time, an additional fee may apply for a re-collection. 7. Bin Care: The bin remains the property of Garden Waste Collection. Customers are responsible for its safety and condition while on their property. 8. Cancellation: Subscriptions require 14 days' notice before the next billing date for cancellation. 9. Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather, road closures, or other events beyond our control. 10. 1. Service: We provide a 240L green garden waste bin collection service within our defined South Auckland service area. 2. Accepted Waste: Only garden waste is permitted, including grass clippings, leaves, weeds, flowers, hedge trimmings, and small branches up to 100 mm thick. 3. Prohibited Items: Household rubbish, food waste, soil, rocks, concrete, plastic, treated timber, and hazardous materials are strictly forbidden. 4. Collection: Bins must be placed at the roadside by 7:00 AM on your scheduled collection day. Collections occur every 28 days.
