How much is the regular service?
The Flexible 28-Day Plan is $11.99 every 28 days. Prepaid value plans and a one-time option are also available.
What size is the bin?
A 240L garden bin is supplied for the service.
Is there a contract?
The Flexible 28-Day Plan is a recurring service that can be cancelled anytime with no cancellation fee.
Can I skip a collection?
Yes. Flexible 28-Day Plan customers may skip one scheduled collection in each 3-month period. The skipped collection payment is skipped too.
When is the bin delivered?
Bin delivery is normally within 1–2 business days, subject to route capacity, stock and the booking cut-off time. Delivery is free.
What can go in the bin?
Grass clippings, leaves, weeds, hedge trimmings and small branches that fit safely inside the bin. No general rubbish, soil, rocks or hazardous material.
