How often is my garden bin collected?
Our regular subscription service includes collection every 28 days.
How much does the service cost?
- Monthly Collection: $11.99 every 28 days
- One-Off Collection: $18.99 per collection
What can I put in my garden bin?
You can place:
- Grass clippings
- Leaves
- Weeds
- Hedge trimmings
- Small branches (under 100mm)
- Garden plants
What cannot go in my bin?
Please do not place:
- Soil, sand or rocks
- Concrete or bricks
- Food waste
- Household rubbish
- Plastic bags
- Treated timber
- Bamboo, flax, palm fronds or Cordyline
What if my bin is too full?
The lid must close completely. Overfilled or excessively heavy bins may not be collected.
Can I skip a collection?
Yes. Log in to your Customer Portal to skip an upcoming collection.
How do I update my bin location?
Log in to your Customer Portal and update your bin location before your next scheduled collection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can contact us before your next billing date to cancel your subscription.
